Exciting Update: Sabre GDS Integration Now Live!

We’re excited to introduce a powerful new feature on the Event Hotel, Basics page: Sync reservations with Hotel through Sabre GDS. When enabled, this feature allows for seamless GDS integration, automatically syncing all of the Event Hotels, new status reservations. Across all create methods, including Booking Website reservations, Admin reservations, Import Rooming List, Waitlist to New, and Cloned reservations. This enhancement simplifies reservation management, ensuring reservation data is transferred to the hotel efficiently and accurately. To help you incorporate this feature into your next event, we have crafted a series of comprehensive Knowledge Base articles for your convenience.

AI Chat Bot

We’re excited to announce another integration this Sprint. Our new AI Chatbot powered by Zoho’s robust SalesIQ. This intelligent chatbot is now seamlessly linked to our Desk tickets and Knowledge Base, providing Master Control Panel users (that’s you) with instant support and answers to common queries. Whether you need quick assistance or detailed information, our AI Chatbot is designed to help resolve questions quickly, making it faster and more convenient to get the help you need. To get started, click the conversation icon on the bottom left of Meetingmax.

Custom Questions Search

We’ve upgraded the Reservation Search feature to provide more search capabilities. You can now search reservations using answers from all 10 Custom Questions. Additionally, we’ve expanded the functionality to allow refined searches by combining answers from Labels 1-10, giving you greater precision and flexibility in finding the reservations you need.

Spell Check

We’ve enhanced our Spell Check functionality by transitioning to the more modern, built-in browser spell check. Compatible with all common browsers: Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Brave, and Edge. This upgrade simplifies spell checking across the entire platform, ensuring a more consistent and reliable experience for users.

Edit Reservation Bug

We’ve resolved an issue in the Edit Reservation feature that impacted the consumption of Last Room Available, Userheld, or Hold inventory when transferring to a new SubBlock or Room Type.
