MMX & Sabre GDS Integration
What is it?
Our ground breaking integration with Sabre Global Distribution System (GDS) allows reservations made in MMX to automatically upload into a hotel properties individual Centralized Reservation System (CRS) or Property Management System (PMS). This functionality will make transferring reservations more secure, more accurate, and quicker.
How does it work?
Hotel partners will no longer need to pull reservations or rooming lists from the MMX application. Instead, they will need to load the rates codes from their CRS or PMS into GDS and make those rates viewable to Meetingmax Planning Inc. (Pseudo City Code: J98L). This allows MMX to connect to the specific rate code created by the individual property. This means as reservations are transferred to the property, it will be attached to the group code created for your specific block of rooms.
For the time being, this integration will be enabled by your MMX Client Success Manager. If you plan to use the integration please contact your CSM to enable the sync. More information can be found
here.
Meetingmax does not charge or collect commission from you or your hotel partner to utilize this integration, however there is a standard GDS fee paid to the GDS provider from the hotel. This fee is a per reservation fee and is directly negotiated between the chain, brand, or property and the GDS provider.
