This tab provides everything you need to understand your progress at a glance, track key metrics, and plan your next steps with confidence. Below, we’ll break down each section of the Dashboard and how to interpret it.
This shows the number of Room Nights still available in your bucket for attendees to reserve.
Your start date with Meetingmax—woohoo! 🥳 Celebrate your milestones while seeing how far you’ve come.
This displays the total number of events you’ve created since starting with Meetingmax, including archived events. It’s your event history at a glance!
See the number of events currently in Live and Preview status. Listing the events that are actively accepting reservations*.
This calculates the average number of days attendees stay at their hotels. The data is based on reservations with a ‘New’ or ‘Accepted’ status across all your events.
The ADR gives insight into the average price attendees are paying per night for their reservations. Like the length of stay, this is based on reservations with a ‘New’ or ‘Accepted’ status across all events.
Tracks all Room Nights booked by your attendees for the current month. It also shows the same data for this time last year to help you compare trends month over month.
Similar to MTD, this metric displays all Room Nights booked by attendees for the current year. You’ll also see data for the previous year at the same time to track annual progress.
This metric shows how many Rooms have been booked so far this month. Each room within a reservation counts toward this total. A year-over-year comparison helps identify trends in booking behavior.
Tracks the total number of Rooms booked for the year, with a comparison to the same time last year.
Here, you’ll see how your attendees are booking their rooms. The most common method is ‘web’ (via the front end), but backend reservations created by your team are also reflected here and the option they select under the ‘Received By’ dropdown during reservation creation.
