Client Dashboard Explainer - Dashboard tab

Welcome to the Dashboard Tab—your go-to for a high-level view of your event housing data. This tab provides everything you need to understand your progress at a glance, track key metrics, and plan your next steps with confidence. Below, we’ll break down each section of the Dashboard and how to interpret it.

Bucket Room Nights Remaining

This shows the number of Room Nights still available in your bucket for attendees to reserve.

You can reload your bucket at any time, just reach out to your CSM. An auto reload occurs when your bucket runs out and keeps your attendees booking smoothly, you will be invoiced for the Room Nights or you can add a card to be automatically charged

*Reservations made when an event is in 'Preview' status are only temporary reservations for you as MCP to perform testing.

Average Length of Stay (days)

This calculates the average number of days attendees stay at their hotels. The data is based on reservations with a ‘New’ or ‘Accepted’ status across all your events.

Average Daily Rate (ADR)

The ADR gives insight into the average price attendees are paying per night for their reservations. Like the length of stay, this is based on reservations with a ‘New’ or ‘Accepted’ status across all events.

Room Nights (RNs) Month-to-Date (MTD)

Tracks all Room Nights booked by your attendees for the current month. It also shows the same data for this time last year to help you compare trends month over month.

Room Nights (RNs) Year-to-Date (YTD)

Similar to MTD, this metric displays all Room Nights booked by attendees for the current year. You’ll also see data for the previous year at the same time to track annual progress.

Room Reservations (RRs) Month-to-Date (MTD)

This metric shows how many Rooms have been booked so far this month. Each room within a reservation counts toward this total. A year-over-year comparison helps identify trends in booking behavior.

Room Reservations (RRs) Year-to-Date (YTD)

Tracks the total number of Rooms booked for the year, with a comparison to the same time last year.

Reservation Method

Here, you’ll see how your attendees are booking their rooms. The most common method is ‘web’ (via the front end), but backend reservations created by your team are also reflected here and the option they select under the ‘Received By’ dropdown during reservation creation.
