The Buckets Tab is where you’ll track your Room Nights usage. Whether you’re monitoring your remaining Room Nights, analyzing booking trends, or reviewing purchases, this tab has all the details you need to stay in control.

Bucket Room Nights Remaining

Just like on the Dashboard Tab, this shows the number of Room Nights still available for attendees to reserve.

New and Accepted RNs

This metric reflects the Room Nights that have been booked in the system with a status of ‘New’ or ‘Accepted’. These are the reservations actively contributing to your event’s success.

Cancelled RNs

Displays the total number of Room Nights that have been cancelled. Use this metric to monitor changes in attendee plans and identify trends in cancellations.

Update Credit Card on File

Need to update your payment information? Click the provided link to easily update your organization’s credit card. This card will be charged for any auto-reloads of Room Nights and your annual subscription renewal.

Buckets Room Nights Purchased

This section displays a history of your bucket purchases, including:

• Purchase dates.
• Number of Room Nights purchased.
• Total cost.

It’s a handy reference for reviewing past bucket transactions.

Average Room Nights Per Month

A table displaying the average ‘New’ and ‘Accepted’ Room Nights per month for the current year. This excludes cancelled reservations, giving you a focused view of active bookings.

Pro Tip: Expand the table for better visibility:

• Hover over the table header.
• Click the outward arrow in the top-right corner to maximize the view.

Room Nights Per Month Per Year

This graph visualizes total Room Nights booked (including ‘New’, ‘Accepted’, and ‘Cancelled’ reservations) by month across multiple years.

How to use:

• The default view displays all available years.
• Use the key on the right-hand side to check or uncheck specific years for focused comparisons.
