No-show Date Selector
To expand upon the No-show feature, which previously flagged all dates for no-show. We have added the ability to select dates of no show for each room reservation. This feature allows MCP and HCP users to update the number of nights No-showed on New and Accepted reservations after the check-in date has past. This feature continues to be for reporting purposes only. Reporting on No-show can be found on the Reservation page and select Rooming List reports.
How it works:
1. Room reservation must be past check-in date
2. Select the "Guest No-showed" button
3. Select the nights that No-showed and Save
4. Yellow flag will appear on the room and the date of no show will be crossed out.
We noticed that the Report Previewer displayed inaccurate sample data. We have since updated all preview fields to reflect the report values.
Change Request Error Message
In an effort to simplify the attendee change request process we updated the error messages when a date or room is not available. The error messages now reflect the next step for the attendee.
To optimize your Dashboard experience, we removed the whitespace below the dashboard.
Front End Room Totals
We noticed that the number of rooms selected on the Front End booking defaulted to 1 room on the hotel selection page. We have since fixed this issue.
Custom Reports Edits
Upon editing a custom report the filters did not save correctly. We have since fixed this issue.
