1. HCP Rooming Lists - a step by step guide for Hoteliers on Pulling, Processing and Uploading a Rooming List to accept reservations and add Confirmation Numbers.
   

1. HCP Processing Reservations - a one page document for Hoteliers to go through the steps of pulling a Rooming List and uploading Confirmation Numbers, plus how to process individual reservations from the Reservation Detail page.
   
1. This guide is best for Hoteliers that just need a refresher and have already gone through the above longer step by step guide.
   

PCP (Planner Control Panel) Users:

1. PCP Full Access - a 2 page document for Planners who have been provided 'full access' (the ability to create reservations) on navigating the Meetingmax system. 
   
2. PCP Read Only - a 2 page document for Planners who have been provided 'read only' (no ability to create reservations) on navigating the Meetingmax system.
