  1. Data Usage: Meetingmax does not rent or sell guest information. All personal data is processed solely for the purpose of completing hotel reservations and related business transactions.
  1. Data Retention: Personal Identifiable Information (PII) is stored for a maximum of 38 months (or less) as required by our platform to fulfill business needs. Clients may request data removal at 14 or 26 months post-event check-out via these steps.
