Why won't the system let me check-out on a certain day?

If the system is preventing you from checking out on a certain night, the reason is usually related to inventory.

First, double-check the dates for your event are configured the way you want them. If your check-in and check-out start/end dates are correct, then you should check the inventory for the room type.

To easily check the inventory for a certain room night, head to the "Summary" page in your MCP, and plug in the right information. Don't get confused by the data in the inventory page! It might show inventory as available on the night you want to check out, but it's the night before that needs to have inventory!
