Why isn't Stripe processing credit cards?

If you receive a message from Stripe stating that they do not process charges that include full credit card numbers, you will need to enable the setting "handle card information directly" which can be found in your Stripe Settings under Integration (https://dashboard.stripe.com/account/integration/settings).



This extra step is required as Stripe is uncertain whether or not the integration will be passed through a system that is in compliance Payment Card Industry (PCI) standards. The Meetingmax application is indeed built to PCI compliance standards and therefore this step is still safe and secure. 

Rest assured, all credit cards are fully encrypted and stored outside of our database. We tokenize each credit card number using an external Key Management Service.
