Meetingmax and Simpleview integration enable Actualized Hotel Pickup data to sync each night. Creating a seamless interface for actualized room night data that is entered into Simpleview to be viewed in both platforms. To view Simpleview's actualized pickup data in Meetingmax visit the Summary tab and select "Compare Simpleveiw to MMX." As shown in the example below:
If the actualized pick up data is not syncing there could be a few reasons why either the Lead ID and Event ID is not connected (1) or the hotels are not synced (2). Below lists instructions on how to remedy both issues.
1. Connecting Lead ID and Event ID: To connect an "Event" in Meetingmax to a "Lead" in Simpleview you must update the "Lead ID" in Simpleview with the numerical "Event ID" code in Meetingmax. To find the Event ID in Meetingmax, head to the Events tab and search by your event's name, taking note of the numerical Event ID code. This Event ID code becomes your Lead ID in Simpleview.

2. Sync Simpleveiw and Meetingmax Hotels: All Simpleview and Meetingmax hotels have to be synced in order to share actualized hotel pickup data. To check if your hotels are synced, head to the Simpleview page in Meetingmax under the tab, Hotels.
From here, ensure all Simpleview Hotels are synced with Meetingmax Hotels. All Simpleveiw Hotels are listed on the left-hand side and Meetingmax Hotels are on the right. If the hotel name, city and state information does not match (left to right) you need to find the corresponding Meetingmax Hotel. To find the Meetingmax Hotel, select the drop-down on the right side under Meetingmax Hotels called, "Do Not Sync", then search for the matching hotel. Note, Hotel profiles must be created first in both Simpleview and Meetingmax, prior to syncing.
Once all of your Simpleview hotels (left) are matched with Meetingmax hotels (right) click Sync, which is the green button at the top right of the page. This sync will happen automatically. If the actualized hotel pickup data is still not flowing, please reach out to your Client Success Manager.
