Why have credit card numbers been deleted from my event?
Three months following the conclusion of an event, the Meetingmax system automatically hard-censors credit card information for all associated reservations. This means that even if a hotelier were to have access to credit card information for bookings at one of the event's hotels, the user would still see asterisks blocking six of the card's digits. This is an automated PCI compliance measure that keeps both you and Meetingmax protected!
The three month time period is a global default for all clients across the system, and cannot be postponed.
