Where do each of the Event Messages appear on the Front-End?

The Event Messages are customizable pieces of text that appear at different steps of the reservation process. They essentially allow you to custom-tailor your Front-End in whatever way you see fit, for your specific guests. 

Each Event Message will appear on the Front-End whenever something is input into the text field.

Disabled Event Message

This message displays whenever the event is disabled, which can be before the event goes live, or after the event's cut-off date. This message is helpful for guests to know what time an event's housing is live, so they know if they are too early or too late, and who to contact.


Start Message

This message displays on the first step of the reservation process. This should be used to explain the reservation process & turn around time to the guest.





Room Details Message

This message will be displayed on the third step of the reservation process when the guest is choosing their room at the hotel.




Guest Details Message

This message is displayed along the right-hand side of the reservation process when the guest is entering their Contact information.



Reservation Agreement Message

This message displays in the red box at the end of the reservation process where the guest must check that they have read and agree to the Room Reservation Agreement.



Review Message

This message displays along the right-hand side on the final step of the reservation process when the guest is reviewing their booking details and agreeing to the Room Reservation Agreement.



Confirmation Message

This message is displayed along the right-hand side once the guest has submitted their reservation.



Purchase Order Message

This message is displayed to the guest when Purchase Order is selected as the form of payment type.
