The change request messages are customizable pieces of text that appear at different steps of the change request process. They essentially allow you to custom-tailor your request process in whatever way you see fit, for your specific guests.
Each change request message will appear during the change request process whenever something is input into the text field.
Room Message
Displays under the "Change Room Details" heading, when changing room details.
Guest Message
Displays under the "Change Guest Name(s)" heading, when changing guest details.
Payment Message
Displays under the "Payment Information" heading, when changing payment details.
Cancel Message
Displays when submitting a cancellation request, under the "Request to Cancel Room Reservation" heading.
