What does "Accepted Terms" mean for my HCP users?

The "Accepted Terms" column in the HCP user table refers to whether or not the HCP user has logged in and accepted the terms of service since the last time they were reset, which can happen by account creation, a change to credit card number access, or the standard monthly PCI reset in which all HCP accounts need to re-accept the terms of service.
