The time zone for your site is set by the Meetingmax team at initial setup, the only way this can be changed is if you contact the team and request for it to be changed.

The time zone will align with the dates and times you set for your event, for example, if you have set for your event to go live at 8:00 on November 30th and your time zone is set to Mountain Time, even if you are in a different time zone the event will go live at 8:00 on November 30th Mountain Time as that is what your site is set to.
