Reservation Tags

Reservation tags can be found on the 'Reservation Detail' page under the check-in/out info. Reservation tags can be used to label your reservations into categories or groups. You can then use these categories or groups to search for all the reservations with specific tags.

If you do not have the 'Tags' icon as highlighted above on your Reservation Detail page please reach out to your CSM or help@meetingmax.cc. This feature does not automatically appear for all and needs to be enabled.

Creating tags

Once you have the 'Tags' field, the tag names (categories/groups) can be whatever you desire. Type them into the text field and if the tag has been used before it will appear for you to select from a dropdown:

Removing Tags

To remove a tag, you simply select the 'x' icon that appears at the start of the tag:

Searching Tags

To search for reservations that have a specific tag, from the 'Reservations' page, ensure you have the 'Tags' coloumn selected to appear and search your tag to see all reservations that have that tag applied:
