We have updated your dashboard with a new look and a few additional tabs to track metrics, identify trends and help make decision making easier! 

MFA for PCP Coming Soon

As a part of our ongoing efforts to increase security, Planner Users will soon be required to enter in a Verification Code upon logging into the Planner Control Panel. The verification code will be emailed to the PCP users email addresses for them to enter the Verification Code field on the PCP login screen. We are looking to release this with the next Sprint, in the meantime, please refer here for PCP instructions.

Improvements to Import Rooming Lists

Hotel Loyalty Number

The import rooming list process now accepts hotel loyalty numbers as a brand new column. In your Excel spreadsheet, simply add a new column named “Hotel_Loyalty_Number” and ensure that the field is mapped to the appropriate column during the import. 

Send Email to Guest 1

We have now added a check-box that allows you to send the acknowledgement email to the Guest 1’s email. This will serve handy for the times the contact and first guest’s emails are different from each other! 

.CSV File Import Rooming List Bug

We have resolved a bug that caused a data field mismatch when uploading .CSV files (Comma Separated Values) during the import rooming list process.

Other Improvements

Cloning Sub-block Group

The Sub-block Group is now included as one of the values to be cloned when cloning a Sub-block. The Sub-block Group can still be edited during the cloning process, however, it will prepopulate so you do not have to fill it in if you are cloning a sub-block with the same group!
