Security Improvements

Disable Inactive Users

To ensure sensitive event information remains safe and secure, we have implemented a new feature that disables users who have not logged in for 90 days or more. Users who have been disabled will receive the below email.

If you are a Site Owner, you can re-enable these disabled users by simply:
  1. Logging into Meetingmax and going to the Users tab.
  2. Filter the data table to show "All" or "Disabled" users.
  3. Select the user you want to re-enable.
  4. Check the "Enabled" checkbox in their profile.
  5. Select "Save" and re-enter your Meetingmax login password to make the change.

Improvements

Logging Updates

When “Stop all change requests” is enabled or disabled, the action will now be logged under the History tab so that the timeline of changes can be tracked.

Behind the Scenes

Our development team has also been working hard to enhance security, reliability, and performance across the platform. Expect a smoother, faster, and more secure experience as we continue to innovate!
