What You’ll See on the Status Page

Real-Time Updates:

  1. If there’s an issue affecting important areas of the system, the page will reflect it shortly after the incident occurs.

Nightly Updates:

  1. Even when there are no incidents, the Status Page is refreshed every night to confirm the system's overall health.

System Areas Monitored:

The Status Page shows the current status of key components in the system. Here’s what they mean:
  1. Control Panels: These are where Meetingmax securely stores your event, hotel, and reservation details. Providing full functionality and access to the MCP, HCP, and PCP user groups. If operational, all information is readily accessible. If an issue arises, some features might temporarily take longer to load or update.
  2. Content Delivery Network (CDN): This ensures that your event pages load quickly and reliably, no matter where your attendees are located.
  3. Accelerator: This helps the system run faster by temporarily storing frequently accessed data. When operational, you’ll experience smoother navigation.
  4. Email: This manages emails sent by Meetingmax, such as confirmations and notifications. If operational, emails are being sent and delivered as expected.
  5. File Upload: This handles file uploads, such as images or rooming lists. When operational, you can upload files without issues.
  6. API: This is the tool that allows external systems to communicate with Meetingmax. If operational, integrations with third-party platforms are functioning correctly.
