Features Improvements
Multiple Factor Authentication
Multiple factor authentication is now available for MCP users! As an additional security measure, we have added a second layer of authentication for MCP users.
Click here, to learn more about multiple factor authentication. All MCP users will be required to login using second factor authentication by May 2nd, 2022. Please let your CSM know if you would like to opted in early.
Warnings for changes to the Check-in and Check-out dates
When adjusting check-in or check-out dates we have added a tool tip along with a warning upon save. Stating, Check-in & Check-out dates cannot be reduced if there are reservations created over these dates.
Reservation Status
When a reservation is cancelled we have added another layer of acceptance checks to ensure the HCP user's are alerted.
Bug Fixes
Hotel Rooming Lists
When bulk uploading confirmation list only New status reservation will display in the Rooming List download.
Subblock Alert Email
The sub-block alert email has been fixed! This email is intended to send to a Sub-block Owner following a request for a sub-block.
