| Hello to all of you and to 2019,
Our developers have moved on from their turkey and eggnog induced food comas to bring you some new changes to the Meetingmax application.
No doubt your year us well under way and your schedules are looking busy already, so we will keep it short and sweet! These will all be live on the 16th January.
Enhancements:Encryption added to Confirmation Number Import page Just like what was added to the reports in a previous release, we have added some additional security to the confirmation number import page for HCP users that have access to credit card information. In order to ensure that guest information is sufficiently protected, we now request a single-use password to be used to password protect and encrypt the exported rooming lists.
Export Button Standardized for Data Tables
Many of you have asked for it, so here it is! The export button is back with a vengeance to all of the data tables throughout the Meetingmax application. For those of you that like to export the contents of various tables, you will now be able to do so with reckless abandon

| The Knowledge Base Since we have added data encryption to the Number Import Page we thought we would bring your attention to this article (previously posted) and give you our best practice on sending encrypted files: If sending the encrypted file by email, do not include the password in the same email as the file. Send a separate email with password, or even better call the individual to give them the password. |
