Hi there,

With fall officially here we wanted to bring on the new season with a bunch of exciting improvements for your housing experience.
Don't let the cool weather get you down, we've got some hot new things to show you!

Here's what you can expect to see on September 26th.

  1. Backend Reservation Improvements
    A long overdue change to the backend reservation page has been completed. Input fields are better placed for improved flow and most select boxes now allow you to type to search for the item you need rather than having to scroll through long lists. 


  2. Changing Hotels via Edit Room
    We've improved the process for when a hotel is changed via the Edit Room screen so that the system more accurately keeps track of what happened. Now the room will be canceled at the old hotel and created anew at the new one. 

      You will have the ability to let both the hotels and guests know about these changes when applicable.  


  3. Email Logging Improvements
    More advanced email logging was introduced a while back which displayed when guests were sent and opened their emails sent by Meetingmax. This is great until you start noticing that there would be a new log entry created every single time the guest opened that email. 
    From this point on we’ll only record the first time a message is opened, which should drastically reduce clutter in the logs. Additionally, you will notice that we are now tracking when emails are delivered or bounced.


Training Certification Program (TCP)

The Meetingmax Client Success Team continues to work hard to bring you the most up-to-date training platform. Keep an eye out for the latest updates to the TCP in the release notes.

General System Knowledge

A new section titled 'General System Knowledge' has been added to the module 'Getting Your Event Up and Running'. This section highlights various terminology and common system features.
