How can I track if emails are delivered to my attendees?

There is a new report in the Master Control Panel called the Email Report. This report can list all emails sent for a given event, hotel, and even for your sub-blocks.

This report will let you know if the email has been delivered, opened, if it has bounced, or if the email has been delayed. The report will also let you know what kind of email was sent, to whom it was sent, and when the email was received! Check the screenshot below for an example:



When pulling the Email report, you can also specify what email status it is that you want to be seeing. In other words, if you want to pull the report only for emails that failed delivery, you can!


You can use this report to verify whether or not an attendee has actually received an email, or if there was an issue with delivery. Should you see a bounce, verify that the address was added correctly with no spelling mistakes.
