How can I track how a reservation was received when created in the back-end?
When creating a back-end reservation, there is a "Received by" drop-down menu that enables you to specify just how your team received the booking's information, whether that was through email, fax, a phone call, or if there was another method used. The default is "not selected".
When choosing "other", you'll see a text box to enter how the reservation was received.
The field will be displayed at the top of the reservation details screen, and just as with the ETA, this field can be edited at any time!
