How can I setup an Event Hotel cut-off date?
You can assign individual cut-off dates on an event hotel level, meaning after the first cut-off date (the event's cut-off), when hotels will become unavailable, you can still allow certain properties to keep booking reservations. This event hotel level cut-off effectively overrides the first cut-off date, just for its particular property.
And of course, you can have many different properties that all have their own event hotel level cut-off!
Just go into your event hotel profile and look under "The Basics", as shown below. Notice the name of the hotel and the event it belongs to, in the top left. In the bottom right, you'll see the controls to setup your event hotel cut-off.
