How can I set up a Scheduled Report under the Event Hotel profile?

During the process of setting up an Event Hotel, you can also choose to schedule the change report to be sent at any time of your preference and to be delivered to any emails you would like.

To set up the Event Hotel scheduled report, head over to Events and select the Event that you are looking to schedule the report for. Next, select the Event Hotel you want to schedule the report for. Once you are at the Event Hotel, click Reports.


Next, select the Scheduled Emails drop-down under Emails. From there you have the following options:
  1. Enable: To enable the scheduled email
  2. Scheduled Email*: Choose to send the email Once, Daily, or Weekly
    1. With the options of a Daily or Weekly email, you can further drill down the frequency of the emails as well as when to start and stop sending emails. 
  3. Subject Line*: The default subject line is [Event Name] - Scheduled Email. However, this can be edited to your subject line of choice.
  4. Send Email To*: Enter the email address to be delivered to.
  5. Attachments: Select the box to send the Change Report each time an email is scheduled to be delivered.

There is also an option to send a message to the recipients. Once all the options are filled in, hit Save to schedule the email!
