How can I see Reservations that have been flagged for Decline by the Hotel?


If any reservation has been Flagged for Decline you will see a notice at the top of your Reservation Page. Clicking on the Click here will a table with all reservations Flagged for Decline.



Also, we have added this to the search criteria.



In the Reservation, you will see the reason for the Flag at the top of the reservation.

As an MCP user you have the options to: Unflag for Decline, Decline Reservation or Accept Reservation.  

Clicking Unflag for Decline will remove the flag and not send anything to the guest.

If you Decline or Accept Reservation then the appropriate emails will be sent to guests




The History tab will keep an audit of dates when Reservations were flagged, and unflagged.
