How can I see all transactions going on for my event?

Your event profiles now include a new tab called the "Transactions" tab. If you're utilizing a Payment Gateway (PG) for your event, this tab will be of great value to you, providing you with an event-level overview of all transactions taking place in the form of a data table. Like all other data tables in Meetingmax, you can do some pretty cool stuff with this, such as reorganizing and toggling the various columns, filtering their contents with keywords, and exporting the table to an Excel spreadsheet!

Here are a few explanations you may want to be aware of:
  1. ID: this is the Meetingmax ID assigned to each transaction as it takes place in your system, only used within the system
  2. Amount: indicates the value of currency involved; negative numbers indicate the transaction was a refund
  3. Payment Gateway: only PGs that have been added to your system by the Meetingmax team will be listed here
  4. Card #: card numbers will always be censored in this table, as with the rest of the MCP; uncensored credit card numbers are only obtainable in the HCP
  5. Order #/Request ID: the data listed in these fields will match what is shown in your PG; these fields are not generated by Meetingmax, and either field could be utilized by your PG
  6. Status: the character displayed here indicates whether the corresponding transaction was processed through your payment gateway. Check marks indicate the transaction was processed by the PG, and Xs indicate it was not. An X can be the result of a fee, deposit, etc. that was waived, or a transaction that was made while the PG was disabled. Consult this field if you're unsure about whether a transaction was carried out through your PG.

These symbols currently do not appear in exported spreadsheets.
