How can I pull a report?

The Reports tab allows you to generate detailed reservation data in various formats. Follow the steps below to pull a report and customize it to your needs.


How to Generate a Report

  1. Select a Report - From the 'Reports' tab in the lefthand menu select a Report from the dropdown menu. 

  2. Choose an Event – Select the event you’d like to generate a report for. This will populate your next dropdown option.

  3. Select a Hotel (optional) – The default selection is 'All Hotels', which will generate a report including all hotels for the event. You can also choose a specific hotel from the dropdown if needed.

  4. Choose a Sub-block (optional) – Leaving as the default 'All Sub-blocks' will generate the report for all of the sub-blocks attached to that event plus the Main Block, or you can select a specific sub-block for more granular data.

  5. Adjust Report Settings – Additional filters are available on the right side, each event has unique and different settings that will appear, such as:

    • Reservation Status

    • Date Ranges

    • Condense Report – Removes empty values for a cleaner view.

    • Show Originally Contracted, Show Actualized Pick-up, Show Booked Outside of Block – Available for reports based on manually added event inventory data.

    • And more.

  6. Select Report Format – Choose between:

    • Excel – Downloadable file for further analysis.

    • HTML – Viewable directly in your browser.

  7. Run the Report – Once pulled, your report will appear in the Previous Report History table, allowing quick access to past reports.
