How can I pull a report?

From the "Reports" tab, you have the ability to produce detailed information about each reservation, using a variety of formats. 



Begin by selecting a report from the drop down menu. 




Next, select which event you would like to pull the report for. This will populate the list of hotels available for that event. Then, select the desired hotel from the dropdown menu. This will populate the list of sub-blocks for that hotel. If applicable, select the required sub-block from the dropdown menu. Finally, select the appropriate Reservation Status from the drop-down menu; the default status is "New".


  • All: Every reservation regardless of its status.
  • New: Every reservation that has been made in the system but has not yet been processed by the hotel.
  • Accepted: Every reservation which has been given a confirmation number and accepted by the hotel.
  • Cancelled: Every reservation which has been cancelled.
  • Declined: Every reservation which was declined by the hotel.



Almost all of the reports come in either Excel or HTML format. HTML can be viewed in a browser window, whereas pulling an Excel report opens a new window where the report will be downloaded, allowing you to continue working in the system if pulling a larger report.



Once a report has been pulled, details of that report will display in the previous report history table. This table provides the specifics of each report that has been pulled (across all the panels). If you click on one of these entries, the options will above will set themselves to those values, allowing you to quickly pull a new report with new data!
