How can I make changes to a reservation?
For reservations in "New" status, making changes is as simple as clicking "Edit" in the "Room Actions" drop-down, and making your desired changes. Because the reservation hasn't yet been accepted by the hotel, any changes made will be reflected instantly! For making changes to reservations in "Accepted" status, see this article for submitting change requests through the MCP.
Note that any changes made to a "New" reservation after cut-off will require submitting a change request the same way as an "Accepted" status reservation.
