How can I keep track of event hotel commissions and rebates?

When building an event hotel for an event, you have the ability to plug in the values outlined in your hotel contract for commissions and rebates under the "Revenue Settings" heading.


  • Commission: Provide the percentage of the room total that will go back to the planner. This will be located in the hotel contract.
  • Minimum Commission: If applicable, provide the minimum commission amount that will be paid back to the planner.
  • Rebate: Provide the rebate rate charged per night or per room.
  • Card Processing Fee: Provide the processing fee charged for using a credit card, which will allow the system to calculate the exact total cost of the reservation.
