How can I change the room type on a room?

When a reservation is in "New" status, changing a room type can be done instantly at any time. To edit a room's type, click the "Edit" button in the "Room Actions" drop-down. 



On the Edit page, click the "Room Type" drop-down and select the room type you'd like to change the room to. 



Once selected, you'll just have to save your changes before moving on. To save, you can choose between simply saving the changes, or saving and resending the room's acknowledgement email to the room's attendees.



If you click "Save & Send Email", the system will save the room's changes and load an acknowledgement email pop-up for you back on the reservation details screen. Here, you can send a new email to your attendees, complete with any additional text you may wish to add at this time.
