How can a Hotel User Flag Reservation for Decline?

A Hotel User cannot decline a reservation.  If there is a reason for a Hotel to decline the reservation, they can flag it for the MCP user to review.

When a Hotel User is looking at the Reservation Detail page, they will see the following options, Flag Reservation for Decline and Accept Reservation



If the Hotel User chooses to Flag Reservation for Decline, they are taken to a new screen where they must input a Reason for the decline.  And click on Flag Reservation for Decline.  Flagging reservations for Decline will not send any communication to your guests.
