We created consistency for all of the sites dropdowns. All dropdowns follow the same footprint to provide a better user experience. 

Fixed a series of minor upload issues in the Rooming List feature. We added additional messaging to help identify upload errors.

Changes were made to the sites messaging to provide greater clarity to various sections.
