The holidays are upon us!We know you are looking forward to some R+R with family and friends and so are we!Our dev team wanted to make sure you had a few more surprises to help ring in the new year. 
Enhancements:Favorite Reports
We know that most of you have a few reports that you regularly pull from the reports page. So, to make your life a little bit easier we've added a helpful button that, once toggled on, will list that report at the top of the report list in the drop-down.
Group Reservations Link Now Toggleable
To expand upon your flexibility in the system, we've now provided the option to toggle the Group Reservations Link that is displayed within the Sub-block Cut-off Email on and off. This update will help in cases where the Group Reservations Link in the email is confusing for your target audience.
 Improved Security for Reports
For increased security in our system when it comes to downloading reports, we have implemented a new feature to help protect your guests’ data. When generating any report that contains credit card information (only for hotel users who are allowed to see full credit card numbers), you will now be prompted for a one-time-use password. This password will be used to encrypt and password protect the report you are downloading within a ZIP file.
The same password provided must also be used in order to open the ZIP file containing the report. Meetingmax does not store the password, so it's up to you to remember what you've entered!

New Feature: Calendar of Events
Last but not least, we have added a calendar of your current events and their important dates in the system. From here you will see the start and end dates of the event, when guests can check in and check out, the event's cut-off date, as well as if there is a launch scheduled.
Once you login you will see the calendar under the new greetings and any notices in the system.
Hovering on each of the listings in the calendar will provide additional information about each. Clicking on any of these items in the calendar will take you directly to the reservation search page filtered by that event
While navigating through the system you can easily return to the calendar by simply clicking on the MMX logo in the left hand side of your screen.
