Can I clone a reservation into a new reservation?
Yes! If you wanted to transfer a reservation to another event, create a reservation similar to another with a few changes, book an attendee at multiple hotels with the same information, etc, you can do so via the Clone Reservation feature!
When in the reservation detail page, from the "Reservation Actions" drop-down menu, click "Clone Reservation".
You will be taken to the Back-End reservation page, but with all of the previous reservation's details automatically copied over! On this screen, you can then change any reservation details as required, including its event, hotel, sub-block, dates, etc. You can choose to retain as much or as little of the original reservation as you like.
Note: Cloning a reservation will not affect the original reservation in any way. If you're cloning a booking for a purpose that would cause the original to become inactive, be sure to cancel the reservation accordingly once the clone is complete.
