The Meetingmax system does not support storing a credit card's Card Verification Value/Code (CVV/CVC). This is because storing a CVV/CVC in a database is prohibited by Payment Card Industry (PCI) standards, and can therefor only be used during real time (online) transactions. With this in mind, please do not attempt to store these numbers in your system as doing so leaves you liable to penalties.

In cases where these values/codes are required by your hotelier, we recommend having your partners reach out to your attendees directly to obtain this information, or to direct the attendees to another site where the hotelier can receive the required payments.
