How can I unlock an HCP account?


If a hotel user unsuccessfully attempts to login seven times, the system will display an error message informing the user that their account has been locked for too many unsuccessful login attempts. The account will then remain locked for 30 minutes.




However, as an MCP user, you have the ability to manually unlock the HCP users account from within the user's account profile.

To do this, navigate to the user's account profile, and from there click the "Unlock Account" button.






From there, the HCP user is able to try logging into their account again.
