Can I manually reset an HCP/PCP users password?
As an MCP user, you are not able to manually force a password reset for an HCP/PCP account. However, you do have the ability to send a password recovery email to the email listed in an HCP/PCP account profile.
To send the password recovery email, click the "Send Recovery Email" button located in the HCP/PCP account profile.
The email sent is the same one that an HCP/PCP user can send from the sign in portal when if they forget their password.
