Can I manually reset an HCP users password?

As an MCP user, you are not able to manually force a password reset for an HCP account. However, you do have the ability to send a password recovery email to the email listed in an HCP account profile.

To send the password recovery email, click the "Send Recovery Email" button located in the HCP account profile.

The email sent is the same one that an HCP user can send from the sign in portal when if they forget their password.
