Happy August! I hope you're enjoying summer to the fullest. Here's what's new in the Meetingmax system this week: 

New Feature:

1. Hotel User Settings 

In your events, under 'The Basics' tab, you will see a new section titled Hotel User Settings. This new feature allows you choose whether you wish to force or suppress emails sent from the HCP during the Confirmation Number List Import. 

When HCP users are importing Confirmation Number Lists, they can no longer choose what emails are sent. You will now control this from the MCP. 


1.Hotel Notifications 

In your event hotels, under 'The Basics' tab, hotel notifications have been separated into three segments:

  • New reservations
  • Change requests submitted
  • "New" status reservation cancellations
As an MCP user, you can select what segments you would like each event hotel to be notified on. 


The Meetingmax Knowledge Base (KB)
When in doubt remember to consult your KB filled with a host of helpful articles to help you along.

Remember to be signed in to your system to access the KB.

These improvements will be going live in your system on August 6th.
